This is a fairly nice store to shop at. The area has a lot of transients that hang around the outside of the store and parking lot and will approach you as you’re getting into your car. Scary for a woman by herself. But my issue is with the order pick up service. The workers are very nice but almost every time I order here my order gets delayed 1-3 hours. I choose my time based on me leaving work as this store is on the way home. The whole reason I order is because I have young children that make it impossible to shop with, I don’t want to have to pack them up to come back out of the way to get an order that I expected much earlier. This also throws off my evenings after I get off.

The majority of employees that I have run into or that I have asked for help are polite, make you feel welcome, but not all. This is a customer service oriented job. If you can't provide basic good customer service, look for another job. King Soopers should do a better job and evaluate their employees constantly. They are the face of the store.

Been going to this store for the last 4 years. The only reason I go here is because it's 2 minutes from my house. Management does not care. They are severely understaffed for what seems like years now. The self checkout line frequently goes down the isle of the store because they hardly have any checkouts open. Produce is often bad or spoiled, shelves are not stocked well. You really have to earn it to get a bad review from me.

I just bought food yesterday and realized today that everything i bought was expired almost 2 weeks ago!! And the produce was like... displayed so no one can see the rotten produce. Even the apples I bought were actually rotten at the core and had me fooled!! I even have cookies that went bad NOV 1st , it's the 19th today and I was wondering why they tasted a bit off since I know what they should taste like because I always get this specific brand. This place is an actual dump, I can see why this side of town is a food desert with low quality, expensive food, and then wonder why locals constantly steal from here, Not worth it at all. Literally witnessed 2 people just walk on out and security just stands there anyways. Get rid of them and hire people to check what's being put out in the store.

The store overall is very nice! But my issue is the bakery, they don't seem to check some of the bread throughout the week. I saw many bread loafs and slices that were moldy, hard, and expired or had a sell by date a few days prior. A friend of mine unfortunately grabbed an expired bag of sliced french bread that was moldy (yes, they should have checked before buying) and expired on 9/29 and was bought on 10/4.

I really LOVE King Soopers’ 3050 S Peoria Street Aurora CO store. This King Soopers has fantastic hard working and incredibly dedicated employees like KATHY and DARNETTA, wonderful supervisors like GARY, and a very big food selection at great prices. Although this very big and busy King Soopers store attracts many customers, employees are always incredibly kind, very patient and extremely helpful. The 3050 South Peoria Street Aurora CO King Soopers is not the closest grocery store to my home, but its wonderful food selection and outstanding employees make this store my very favorite grocery.

Worst store ever. Management workers and store are always terrible. No one looks happy. Shelves are empty. Can't listen to a whole song in store because management is yelling at staff about ... nothing. Are you too lazy to actually approach your workers? I have even see employees crying. What's really going on in that store? 0 stars.

Kathy and the Big guy with the printed shirts are rude as hell. 2 days in a row. Watch me the whole time checking out never said a word. White lady checks out next to me, She gets a hello how are you. I have a family of 6. So I’m in there everyday just about. I see people walk out with book sacks of groceries, no one says a word. I’m black, so I have to steal food. Right. I spend so much cash money only to be watched like I’m thief or treated like trash. Thanks Kathy and big printed shirt guy. You are amazing at your jiob. You’re making America great.
